Simona Filip Racek is a recognized expert in international trade, with over a decade of experience in global commerce based in California. She began her career as an international trade paralegal at a leading law firm in Los Angeles and, in 2015, founded Just Down The Street, guiding businesses in the private sector and collaborating with Economic Development Organizations, Small Business Development Centers, and World Trade Centers to achieve significant international growth.

Simona’s leadership extends to her role as Chair of the Women in International Trade Orange County Chapter and her appointment by the U.S. Secretary of Commerce to the San Diego and Imperial District Export Council. Born in Romania, Simona is dedicated to improving access to information, goods, and services worldwide. She brings her extensive expertise and passion to Simaris Trade, continuing her commitment to simplifying and digitalizing global trade processes and championing the advancement of women in business and international trade.
